Vehicle Tracking Information

To provide GPS tracking services, we may collect live vehicle location, GPS coordinates, route history, travel distance, speed information, trip reports, parking history, engine/ignition status, geofence events, battery voltage, device health status, driver behaviour reports, fleet activity, and alert history. This information is only collected while your GPS tracking device is active.

Device & Website Usage Information

When you access our website or mobile app, we may automatically collect IP address, browser type/version, device type and OS, mobile model, screen resolution, network information, device identifiers, app version, language preferences, crash/diagnostic reports, pages visited, time spent, click activity, referring website, cookies, and analytics information.
